Guiding Primis Global Inc. are my decades of hands-on security leadership experience. My journey began in the early 1980s in the U.S. Marine Corps, where I served on the Marine Security Force. This demanding role involved safeguarding dignitaries and high-ranking Naval officers, alongside security responsibilities across the Pacific fleet under a Secret Clearance.

Following my military service, my entrepreneurial drive led me to create ICT Solutions in the late 1990s. My company focused on innovative physical security, notably implementing wireless video surveillance systems. My expertise then led to a significant international contract in 2002, where I designed and implemented the complete security infrastructure and team for an industrial park at the former Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines.

Since then, my well-versed experience has encompassed critical infrastructure protection, including numerous projects I've managed at DOD manufacturing facilities and Delaware National Guard bases, as well as complex commercial environments like shopping malls, office parks, and Ports of Entry. This rich history ensures that we at Primis Global Inc. approach every challenge with proven strategies and real-world understanding that I personally oversee.
